You opt in to GoZone text messages when you create an account in the GoZone mobile app, or provide your mobile phone number through a GoZone signup or registration form, and agree to our Terms & Conditions — which include your consent to receive SMS. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of using GoZone or of any purchase.
Message frequency varies based on your activity and the notifications you have enabled.
Message and data rates may apply. GoZone does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates may apply.
You can opt out of promotional text messages at any time by replying STOP to any GoZone message. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will no longer send you promotional texts; we may still send transactional or service messages necessary to operate your account. For help, reply HELP to any GoZone message or email support@gozoneapp.com.
We do not sell your phone number, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Mobile opt-in and consent information is never shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. We use a messaging provider (e.g., Twilio) solely to deliver our messages on our behalf. Messages are supported across major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
