Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using GoZone ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. The App is owned and operated by DevZon LLC ("we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 14 years old to use GoZone. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of videos and content you upload. By uploading content to the App, you grant DevZon LLC a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and display such content (in whole or in part) for any purpose. This includes, but is not limited to, displaying your videos in GoZone's internal community feeds and featuring your content in GoZone's marketing materials, advertisements, and across our official social media channels (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube). You represent that you have the right to upload any content you submit and that it does not violate any third party's rights.

5. Feedback

If you provide any suggestions, ideas, or feedback to DevZon LLC ("Feedback"), you agree that we may use such Feedback for any purpose without any obligation, royalty, or other compensation to you.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or objectionable
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Use the App for any unauthorized commercial purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
  • Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Scrape, crawl, harvest, or bulk-download athlete data, profiles, or images from the App or website by any automated means
  • Use any athlete's public information to contact, solicit, or harass them (or, for minors, anyone other than through lawful, consented recruiting channels)
  • Resell, redistribute, or build a competing database from GoZone data

7. Intellectual Property

The App's design, code, features, and branding are the exclusive property of DevZon LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written consent.

8. Third-Party Links

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., YouTube, recruiting platforms) that are not owned or controlled by DevZon LLC. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DevZon LLC and its officers, directors, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Assumption of Risk

GoZone involves physical athletic activities. You acknowledge that participation in challenges, exercises, and training carries inherent risks of injury. You assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may result from your participation. You should consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new physical training program.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DevZon LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to physical injury resulting from exercises or challenges shown in the App.

12. Dispute Resolution & Binding Arbitration

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR RIGHTS.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be settled by binding arbitration in New York, New York, administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between us and you individually. To the full extent permitted by law, no arbitration or proceeding shall be joined with any other or decided on a class-action basis.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Public Profiles & Scouting Data

GoZone surfaces athlete profiles to coaches, recruiters, and brands for legitimate recruiting and sponsorship purposes. If your profile is public, you grant other users and visitors the right to view your public profile and stats. You may set your profile to private at any time. Recruiters, scouts, and brands accessing athlete data agree to use it solely for lawful recruiting/evaluation and to comply with all applicable laws protecting minors. Automated collection of athlete data is prohibited (see Prohibited Conduct).
